My name is David Weeter     and my wife, Lynn, and I are founders and managers of Compass Defense International.  We are pleased and very honored to represent the International Krav Maga Federation as its United States Directors of Executive Protection and Security.
 

Our field of expertise is training VIP Protection agents and our method of accomplishing our goal is to provide the highest quality training utilizing Israeli techniques and principles (particularly in, but not limited to, the area of close quarter combat) available anywhere .

In pursuit of that end, all of our staff members are krav-maga instructors certified by the International Krav Maga Federation – the recognized world leader, and the source of Krav Maga.  The Israelis are widely known and recognized as the global authority in this area of expertise and all of our staff members have received their training in Israel directly from the source.

One of the distinguishing characteristics of the IKMF is that they do not simply certify an instructor to teach Krav Maga.  There are certain techniques and teaching methods employed that are specific to each area of expertise; therefore, for an instructor to be certified to teach a particular specialty they first have to be able to teach the civilian techniques and then acquire additional, extensive training to be able to obtain a LE or VIP Protection instructor’s certification.

Compass Defense International is pleased to be the home of the only person in the United States to have completed the IKMF’s entire VIP Protection training program in Israel and the only woman in the world to have completed their entire VIP Bodyguard/EP agent training program in Israel.

As a result of these unique abilities and skills, CDI is proud to represent the IKMF in the area of Executive Protection for the United States. 

The IKMF is also able to provide top of the line, world renowned training for air marshals, sea marshals, swat teams (LE and military), military units, Special Forces and tactical insertion units as well.
